Made from salvaged aluminum sourced from a local metal recycling depot, this plinth-like floor lamp features a hand brushed finish.

Ancient populations dating back to 400 B.C. pioneered the idea of collecting, repurposing, and reworking metal to be used again. For a resource that was both valuable and laborious to extract, ancient peoples sought to reuse metals whenever possible.
